Core principle of our work is our situational approach. It assumes children to self-control their development and actively interact with their environment, shape it, and influence it. Personal living situations of children and their families, as well as any resulting needs, play an important role in that approach.

We operate in accordance with the Quality agreement on day care facilities (QVTAG) and Berlin’s Early Years Programme (BBP) besides essential legal requirements. We verify success of our work via our highly motivated diligent personell, who in regular intervals expand and improve their professional prowess by means of seminars and lectures. Additionally, we conduct internal and external evaluation in order to  constantly reflect on our workflow and modify our processes if necessary.

Our spatial and operational concepts in general are not an unchangeable construct but are iteratively adjusted and optimized – partially with assistance by parents. 

A huge part of our focus lies also on close cooperation with parents. Even during the child’s acclimatization period our educational cooperation with their parents begins. A child’s acclimatization will contain elements from both the established Berlin and  the Munich acclimatization models.
